Depth coaching invites the unconscious in as an important participant in our growth and fulfillment.
We pay attention not only to what you think and intend, but also to patterns, intuition, the body, imagination, symbolism, and the things that keep drawing your attention.
The goal is not to analyze you, but to widen what you are able to notice, creating greater awareness, more choice, and more possibility in how you move forward.

Coaching can touch many parts of your life because the different parts of who we are rarely exist in isolation.
We might explore what matters to you now, the qualities you want to embody more fully, a decision or transition, relationships, career and leadership, recurring patterns, a sense of purpose, where you feel stuck, or what you want to grow toward next.
